- Mark P. Sullivan - Marketing
Managing Partner - Research
Nathan graduated with a degree in Chemistry from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO. While earning a chemistry degree he learned how to analyze complex systems, solve complex problems and understand the process of creative, objective discovery. After graduating from Fort Lewis, Nathan went to work in the bioscience division of Los Alamos National Laboratory, where the skills he gained during his studies were sharpened.
Nathan has always been focused on the big picture and has a multitude of experiences that supplemented his interest in science. He has worked with a bio-diesel plant to produce budget estimates to construct a quality control laboratory and worked as an analyst for an environmental consulting company that studied the interaction of technology development, market trends, and government policy. Nathan has served as chairman of the board of an environmental non-profit where he provided oversight of organizational budget, wrote grant proposals, and provided guidance to other board members to initiate and complete board objectives.
Nathan first came to Nicaragua 2 years ago to practice his Spanish and soon found himself working with the Newton/San Juan Del Sur Sister City Project to secure funding for water and hygiene programs in the rural communities that make up greater San Juan Del Sur. During his time in Nicaragua he travelled throughout the country and fell in love with the natural beauty, diversity, kind people and rich history of the country. After returning to the United States Nathan continued to think about the immense potential for development that exists in Nicaragua and in partnership with Mark P. Sullivan and Adam Harris founded ProNica Development.
These experiences have produced a partner that is committed to working creatively, analytically, and passionately to bring success to our partner’s ventures. For more information about Nathan feel free to contact him.
