Our introductory rate for the service starts at $349 for INTOWN properties. For properties located in the GREATER SAN JUAN area the yearly fee is $499. For any property located in OSTIONAL area the subcription is $649.

• Tax Payment Service - ProNica will ensure your taxes are paid on time at minimal hassle to you. All legal documents involved in the transaction will be available in a ProNica Personal Account that each client will receive upon subscribing to our service.
  
  
• Quarterly Property Inspections – Whether you purchased your property as an investment or not, knowing the condition of your property from abroad has been difficult until now. For R.E.S.T. package subscribers, ProNica Development visits your property 4 times annually to assess the status of your land or home. Your property's Case Manager writes detailed reports that contain photos of your property, a written description of the state of your property, and any updates or changes affecting the area surrounding your property. The reports will be posted on your ProNica Personal Account.
  
  
• HOA Fee Payment Service - ProNica will coordinate payment of your Home Owners Association fees so you don't have to worry about falling behind.
  
  
• Construction Monitoring Service - It can be difficult to oversee a construction project from thousands of miles away.
